Delete Your Account

Delete from inside the app

If you can still access your account, you can permanently delete it directly inside HerFreedom101.

1. Sign in to your HerFreedom101 account.
2. Open your profile/settings area.
3. Scroll to Close Account.
4. Choose Close Account Permanently and confirm.

If you cannot access your account

If you are unable to sign in, email us at privacy@herfreedom101.com from the email address associated with your account and request deletion.

To help us process your request quickly, include the email address on your HerFreedom101 account and mention that you want your account permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems, including:

• Your profile and account information
• Check-ins, evening flows, and wellness data
• Journal entries, rituals, and activity logs
• Community posts and messages linked to your account
• Chi Chat sessions

What may be retained

Limited anonymised or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you may be retained for service improvement, security, and reporting purposes.
