Welcome to HerFreedom101! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using HerFreedom101, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

HerFreedom101 is a wellness platform designed to help women design their dream life through:

• Daily check-ins with personalized oracle cards

• Learning paths for personal development
• Gamification features (petals, energy, levels, streaks)
• Community features and connections
• AI chat with Chi (Freedom VIP only)

Account Registration

To use HerFreedom101, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Our Free plan includes:

• Daily check-ins with oracle cards
• 5 free calming rituals
• Petals, energy, and streak tracking
• Community feed access
• Little wins journal
• Evening reflections

Freedom+ ($9/month)

Includes everything in Free, plus:

• 30+ premium rituals
• Personalized ritual recommendations
• Guided learning paths
• Beautiful ritual soundtracks
• Community challenges
• Early access to new features

Freedom VIP ($19/month)

Includes everything in Freedom+, plus:

• 24/7 AI chat with Chi
• All rituals unlocked forever
• Exclusive VIP Circle community
• VIP-only challenges with rewards
• First to know about new drops
• Priority support

Payment and Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Harass, bully, or harm other users
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Share your account with others
• Scrape or copy content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, posts, comments). By posting content, you grant HerFreedom101 a license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

Our Content

All rituals, oracle cards, learning paths, design, and other content provided by HerFreedom101 is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute this content without permission.

Disclaimer

We provide:

• Self-care tools and guided rituals
• Personal development resources
• Community support and connection

We do NOT provide:

• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Mental health therapy or counseling
• Crisis intervention services

If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a mental health professional, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (988), or go to your nearest emergency room.

Limitation of Liability

HerFreedom101 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward other users or our team
• Non-payment of subscription fees

You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
